Mentoring
Mentoring support helps you achieve your career goals. The sessions are very focused on specific issues and you will be supported to challenge yourself. It is support for you when you need it most.
Mentoring is “A process which supports learning and development and thus performance improvements, either for an individual, team or business. Mentoring is usually understood as a special kind of relationship where objectivity, credibility, honest, trustworthiness and confidentiality are critical.”
The mentoring relationship I will develop with you is based on mutual respect, trust and collaboration. It is an equal partnership where you can talk through your work life in a confidential setting and develop new skills and approaches that will help you in your professional life. It is a relationship that can last for a short time and when you need it most – or it can be a longer-term relationship where you have a critical friend to support you. It is often when you feel you cannot talk to a colleague, manager or organisational leader.
