We offer a range of mental health and wellbeing programmes. These programmes all use the most up to date evidence based content to ensure that they conform to best practice.
Varying in duration from one hour to twelve hours they can be delivered in the workplace, in the community, clubs or in education settings.
Each programme has been designed and developed to help people understand how to look after their mental health with a range of tips and techniques that can be applied to every day stresses and problems.
These programmes have been delivered to a wide range of organisations across Northern Ireland.
