Our Story

At One Wellbeing is the brainchild of Siobhan Kearney. Siobhan is a Life and Executive Coach having achieved a Distinction at QQI Level 6 in Life and Executive Coaching. Not only is the qualification important – but the experience Siobhan has places her in a unique position to understand the challenges people face and how you can become stuck in a rut and find it difficult to see a clear path ahead.

As CEO of a leading mental health charity for over 6 years she has a very real understanding of how easy it is for life to present difficulties, but this does not mean we become unwell as a result.

With the support Siobhan offers you will find you have the answers within you – all you need is someone to guide to – to help you see the wonderful possibilities life has for you – to find the confidence to be the best version of you.

She will help you confidently move forward and become unstuck.
